Richard Uhler, who has 27 years of experience as a Restaurant Industry Recruiter, holds a B.S. Degree in Business Management from West Chester State. Like most super successful Restaurant executives, Richard started working in restaurants during high school. While earning his degree at West Chester State, Richard also worked full time with Arby’s progressing from Crew Member to General Manager before he graduated.
Following graduation from college, Richard moved to Texas where he held management positions with The Magic Pan, Pizza Hut, Chuck E. Cheese, and JT McCord’s, holding positions such as General Manager and Corporate Training Manager, while managing the Grand Openings of over 10 restaurants. For family considerations, Richard moved to Atlanta in 1986, where he made an immediate impact with RTM, at that time the largest Arby’s franchise.
Richard’s restaurant industry recruiting career began in 1990 with Management Consultants Group, aka MCG, where he developed hundreds of relationships with companies and candidates alike for 18 years.
With MCG being sold, Richard joined segment leader Cracker Barrel in Operations Management of a top producing $5 million location.
Realizing his true passion in life is recruiting, Richard Uhler joined CHRIS Kauffman & Co as Vice President and has recently been promoted to Executive Vice President.
